Preliminary Adjustments 1Turn the ignition stop switch knob wise fully counterclock-

rl 2Turn the throttle arm stop screw and the wide open throttle stop screw until the plastic caps are closest to the throttle arm
Loosen the throttle cable lock nut and use the throttle cable thumb wheel to center cable travelThrottle cable will travel past nQrmal maximum settings in both directions when thumb wheel is properly adjusted4Tighten locknut

There should be approximately seven threads exposed on the timer base link
'5l 6The rear edge ofthe spark lever should be flush with the
spark lever slide necessary

Adjust spark lever slide screw
