Installation
f151 1Install the flywheel key with outer edge parallel to centerline of the crankshaft and single upset mark facing down
INotel Make certain the single mark is facing down2Install cam
marked "TOP" must be up
f16"l 3Apply coating of OMC Moly Lube to the armature support plate Q) and retaining ring Install retaining ring with tapered side down Then, install wave-washer and support plateAlign retaining ring with the armature plateDo NOT add oil or grease to the oiler wick
f11l 4Place the armature plate in position over the crankshaft, avoiding damage to the breaker armsCam follower must NOT be caught under the throttle control camTighten the Phillips screwsAdjust the breaker pointsBreaker Point Adjustment
1For breaker point adjustment, magneto must be assembled to powerhead and flywheel must be removed2Connect all leads to breaker point assemblies
