Gearcase LubricationColt and Junior
To avoid accidental starting of engine while servicing, twist and remove spark plug lead
Remove drain fill plug from starboard side of gearcaseTurn motor over, starboard side down Allow lube to drain completely
'1l To refill, turn motor so drainfill hole is upFill with OMC Hi- Vis

lubricantIf OMC Hi- Vis gearcase lubricant is not available, OMC Premium Blend gearcase lube can be used as an alternateFill slowly, allowing air to escape, until lubricant appears at holeReplace plug and tighten to torque of 60-84 inIbs(7-9 Nm)
