[DJ 1Install four detent leaf springs
and detent roller

Apply OMC Moly Lube to the gear teethdetent notch and bore of drive gearInstall drive gear and neutral lock ballEngage the detent notch with the detent rollerbore of the shift gearInstall shift gear teeth with the teeth on the drive gear
r:J1l Apply OMC Moly Lube to the gear teeth, switch ramp and
Install support plate
engaging the gear

Replace any nut that has lost its locking featureTorque screws to 24-36 in Ibs(3-4 Nm)

J':5Install three screws and nuts retaining support plate
