Electric Starter Servicing, 9.9 and 15 Removal

INote Disconnect the battery cables at the battery1Remove the two retaining screws

2Disconnect the starter lead at the terminal of the starter

Disassembly Remove the following1Two thru-bolts

2Drive end cap and the armature from the frame and magnet assembly3Brush end cap
