!sl 4Lightly coat the exterior of the impeller cup with OMC Gasket Sealing CompoundPosition the impeller cup in the impeller housing as shown 05Lightly coatinstallimpeller cup with oilWith counterclockthe wise rotation, the impeller6Apply thin bead of OMC Adhesive to the machined surface, on the top of the gearcase that contacts the impeller plateSlide the plate down over the driveshaft and position it7Apply OMC Needle Bearing Assembly Grease to the impeller drive pin and position it on the flat of the driveshaft8Apply thin bead of OMC Adhesive Mto the impeller housing mounting surface9Slide the impeller housing into position while rotating the driveshaft to e.ngage the impeller with the drive pin10Apply OMC Nut Lock to the threads of the four impeller housing screwsInstall the two short screws positioned aft and the two long screws forwardTighten the screws to torque of 60-80 inIbs(7-9 Nm)
