Powerhead Servicing, 20 thru 30 Removal
i ing, twist and remove all spark plug leads
1To avoid accidental starting of engine while servic-
2Remote electric start modelsdisconnect the instrument and motor cables
3Remove the three screws retaining the starter housing to the powerhead
4Using screwdriver, apply pressure to one side of the starter lockout locking tabWhile applying pressure, pull on the cable until tab is clear of the starter housing5Remove the starter lockout cable from the powerhead and lay aside
