Electric Starter Servicing, 9.9 and 15 Removal

INote Disconnect the battery cables at the battery1Remove the two retaining screws

2Disconnect the starter lead at the terminal of the starter
on the bottom

Disassembly Remove the following: 1Two thru-bolts

2Drive end cap and the armature from the frame and magnet assembly 3Brush end cap
