2Connect the black lead of voltmeter to the engine groundConnect the red lead of the voltmeter to point on the neutral start switch Press the start switch button Battery voltage should be indicatedIf no voltage is indicatedmove the voltmeter red lead to point If voltage is indicatedthe lead between and must be replaced If no voltage at point at points and for continuity
