Disassembly 1Remove the propeller or test wheel from the gearcaseInspect the condition of the propeller hub f61
2Drain the gearcase by removing first the oil level plugthen the oil filldrain plug CD
3 Remove the copper water tube from either the water pump or the exhaust housing
4 Remove the four impeller housing screws with washersSlide the impeller housing and impeller up and off the driveshaftRemove the impeller drive pin Pry under the impeller plate to loosen itSlide the plate up and off the driveshaftScrape all gasket material from the plate, gearcase and impeller housing Slide the driveshaft out of the gearcase7 Remove the shift lever pivot pin and discard the O-ring
