Make no dry assembliesLubricate bearings, shafts, and gears with OMC Hi-Vis gearcase lube
1251 1Oil and install new bearing in aft end of the bearing housing using OMC Bearing Installer, PI 321429Press against the lettered side of the bearing to prevent damage to the bearing when installing Press the bearing into the housing until the tool is seated on the housing 1261 2Oil and install new bearing in the forward end of the bearing housing using OMC Bearing Installer, PI 321428Press against the lettered side of the bearing until the tool is seated on the bearing housing 12711281 3Install new seals back to back in aft end of the bearing housing using OMC Seal Installer, PIN 326546Apply OMC Gasket Sealing Compound to the metal casing of the seals before installing Install the inner seal with lip facing into the bearing housing and install the outer seal with lip facing away from the bearing housingApply OMC Triple-Guard grease to the seal lips after installing4Lightly apply OMC Triple-Guard grease to new bearing housing O-ringPlace the O-ring in groove of the bearing housing
