Gearcase Servicing9.9, 15 Removal

ill twist and remove all spark plug leads
1To avoid accidental starting of engine while servicing,

[!] Remove six screws attaching gearcase to exhaust housing[3] Separate gearcase and exhaust housing to expose the shift
rod connectorRemove the upper connector screw4 Remove gearcase and place in suitable holding fixtureDisassembly 1Remove propeller from gearcase

Remove the oil level plug drain gearcase
and oil filldrain plug
