2Remove high speed orifice To prevent damage to threads in float assembly, use OMC Special Tool PI 317002 (Fixed Jet Screwdriver)
3Remove low speed needle valve and retainer carburetor body4Kero Model -

and washer Remove needle valve adapter Discard 0-

Remove low speed needle valve and spring

rings CDUse OMC Special Tool PI 317002 (Fixed Jet Screwdriver) to loosen orifice plug Q)Use round toothpick to remove orifice plug from cavity5 Remove four screws attaching float chamber bodyCD
to carburetor

6Remove float chamber and gasket
7Remove hinge pin

spring clip

and float valve
