to the carburetor throttle shaft
2Advance the throttle by moving the throttle control lever until tip of the amplifier begins to moveAt this point, the cam follower should contact the cam between the two marks
3 To adjust, loosen the screw retaining the adjustment lever to the throttle shaftSlide the adjustment lever up or down to make the adjustment
