Inspect the cylinder bore of each of the sleeves for scoringReplace the sleeves if scuffed or grooved
55 Remove the seals from both trim sleevesClean the sleevesOil and install new seals on the sleeves, as shown
56Remove the manifold from the holding fixture and clean the manifold thoroughly in fresh solventBlow excess solvent from the internal passages with compressed airIt is essential that the manifold and all components be kept absolutely clean and dust freeAny dirt in the system could cause scoring of cylinder bores, sticking of valves, or damage to pump componentsAssembly
