f2l 8Install pressure gauge and adapter" A" to check problems tJ in the UP circuitINotel Tighten gauge and adapter lightly to 5-10 inIbs(0,6-1,2 Nm)Excessive torque might damage adapter or a-ring9Cycle hydraulic unit UP and DOWN several times and check fluid level before proceeding f2l10With all cylinders completely retractedbegin running the tJ unit UP The gauge should show approximately 200 PSI (1379 kPa) as the cylinders are extending The gauge should show approximately (10,342 kPa) as the unit stalls1500 PSI
The stall pressure reading must not drop by more than 200 PSI (1379 kPa) after the motor stops11 If your test results vary from those in Step 10, problem in the UP circuit is indicatedRefer to Page 10-6 for list of possible faults
