to starter solenoidCover terminal with rubber bootApply OMC Triple-Guard grease to shaped area shown in figureAlign arrows and push connectors firmly togetherSecure the connection with spring clip and snap the clip into retainers on exhaust coverSecure cable in clamps on exhaust cover
2Route the positive (red) battery lead to starter solenoid
