Remove the plastic inner handle from the metal outer handle by driving the outer handle off with mallet and punchRemove the throttle cable seal from the inner handle
Inspection 1Inspect the throttle cable for kinks and wearReplace if necessary2Inspect the steering handle components for wear, cracks and other damageReplace damaged parts3Refer to Section 3, Ignition System, to test the stop buttonAssembly
