i twist and remove all spark plug leads
1To avoid accidental starting of engine while servicing,
2Remove the pivot connectorthrottle cable bracket and jam nut from the throttle cable1685
3Remove the stop button ground lead from the powerhead4Using OMC Pin Removal Tool PIN 322698, remove the stop button lead from cavity "A" of the plug
5Remove the steering handle screw and nutLift the handle from the steering bracketPull the throttle cable and stop button leads through the grommet in the lower engine coverDisassembly
