1841 5Install the nut and washer, exhaust adapter to powerheadTorque the nut to 60-84 inIbs(7-9 Nm)6 Route and connect the overboard indicator hose 1851 7Install the lower pan support screws and washers on the port and starboard bracketsTorque the screws to 60-84 in Ibs(7-9 Nm)1861 8Install the forward lower coverTighten the screws securely1871 Install the rear lower coverLoosely install the four front screws1881 10Install the two rear screws securely
Tighten all six screws
1881 11 Secure the powerhead ground lead to the powerhead12Tiller models- connect the fuel line to fuel pump and secure with tie strap1891 13Align the shift rod and shift leverInstall the shoulder screw and torque to 60-84 inIbs(7-9 Nm)
