INote Substitutes may cause high resistance connections, short Use the recommended lubricant for terminal removalcircuits between terminals, or have adverse effects on the connector material1To remove terminal from the plug or receptacle, apply isopropyl alcohol into cavity at both ends to lubricate the terminal2Place the plug or receptacle against the edge of flat surface and allow clearance for the terminal to be removed 3Select the proper removal tool for the terminal :
