Reassembly of Trim Cylinder
Install new O-ring, wiper and seal in the end cap assembly
Slide the end cap on the trim rodI nstall the bronze piston on the trim rodCOB2224
4Using 916" wrench, install the collar on the end of the trim rod and tighten it securely5I nstall new O-ring bobbin piston
and two new scrapers
6Place the bobbin on the trim rod Install the bronze piston on the bobbin and tighten the piston securely using OMC Spanner Wrench PIN 123196 or PIN 9120847Place the bobbin and piston assembly into the end of the trim cylinder8Install the two ground clips piston
