Disassembly of the Tilt Cylinder
1Remove the end cap using PIN 123196 or PIN 9120842

Spanner

Drain the oil in the cylinder into drip pan

3Slide the rod and piston assembly out of the tilt cylinder4Remove and discard the tilt piston O-ring

5 Using OMC Spanner Wrench PIN 123195, remove the tilt piston from the tilt rod6Slide the piston and stem valve assembly out of the tilt rod
7Using OMC Special Tool PI 303857 (Retaining Ring Pliers), remove the retaining ring from the base of the tilt piston
