Throttle Friction Adjustment
This feature controls the return friction on the control handleClockwise rotation will increase throttle friction and counterclockwise rotation will decrease throttle frictionThe adjustment should be just tight enough to prevent unwanted throttle "creep" under normal operating conditionsKey Switch and Primer

This feature controls the engine accessories, starting, priming, and stoppingTurning the key clockwise to the first detent turns on all engine-controlled accessoriesContinuing to the second detent will energize the engine's electric starterPushing the key in at the first or second detent will engergize the fuel primer solenoidTurning the key fully counterclockwise will turn off the ignition system and all engine-controlled accessoriesFast Idle Lever
