Exhaust Housing ServicingAll Models Removal If equipped with power trim and tilt, refer to Section 10 for removal instructions1Remove the powerhead as described in Section 42Remove the gearcase as described in Section 6
3Remove the port and the starboard lower mount bracket covers4Remove the port and starboard lower mount to lower mount bracket screws5Remove the upper mount to exhaust housing adapter screws6Lift the exhaust housing and adapter assembly from the swivel bracket
Disassembly
1Remove the two lower rubber mounts and the thrust mount from the exhaust housing 2Remove the inner exhaust housing to adapter screws.U
