Disassembly 1Remove drain plug from bottom of carburetor float chamber and drain carburetor2Remove high speed orifice
3Remove idle air bleed orifice 55 Comm- Remove intermediate orifice 4Remove four screws carburetor body

attaching float chamber

5Remove float chamber and gasket

6Remove nylon hinge pin 0to permit removal of float assembly Q)and spring clip 7Remove float valve carburetor body

float valve seat

and gasket from

8Remove nozzle gasket
