1221 Torque the screws and nut to 60-80 in Ibs(7 -9 Nm)5 Adjust the throttle cable as followsBack the idle stop away from the throttle knob Snap the throttle cable into the armature plate Push the throttle knob back until it contacts the starter housing Retract the idle stop, if necessary Push the armature plate in clockwise direction as far as it will go
