Installation
i twist and remove spark plug leads
1To avoid accidental starting of engine while servicing,
2 Place the shift lever into FORWARD gear
1431 3Install new a-ring on the driveshaft4 Lubricate the driveshaft splines with OMC Moly LubeDo not coat the top surface of the drives haft as lubricant here may prevent seating of the drives haft in the crankshaft5Lightly apply OMC Triple-Guard grease to lower outside diameter of the water tube Slide the gearcase into position on the exhaust housing being careful to guide the water tube into the water pump grommetRotate the flywheel clockwise to align crankshaft splines with driveshaft
