I nsta lIation 1Lubricate the upper mount blocks with liquid soap and place them in position in the exhaust housing
2 Slide the exhaust housing into the swivel bracket
3Place the two lower side mounts into the two lower mount housingsPut the port housing in place, insert the thrust mount and position the starboard housingSecure the lower mounts with screws

Disassembly
1Remove the swivel bracket from the exhaust housing
2 Remove the tilt bolt nut
and stern bracket screws (1)
3 Remove the stern bracketsThe carrying handle will come out when the tilt bolt is removed Unhook the reverse lock springs from the swivel bracket
E.I lock link CD Remove the cotter pin and washer from the
shallow water drive pin Disassemble the reverse lock, shallow water dr ive mechanism and detent spring
6Disconnect the linkage spring
from loop of the reverse
