8Point end of fuel hose into container below top of tankDepress the ball in the fuel connector until any rema ining fuel is expelled9Add air to bring pressure back to 10 psi (69 kPa)f71 10Close ai release valve on adapter and remove Stevens pressure tester 11Submerge fuel tank in water, one portion at time, in the same manner you would check tire for air leaksAny air bubbles indicate leak point which must be repaired or replaced 19l 12Disconnect hose from tankWith fuel connector housing EI submerged, check for leakage from fuel nipple and fuel valve pin Depress vent valve pin to check air vent disc valve for leakagef71 13After testing, open release valve on adapter to release tank pressure before removing cap Fuel TankColt, Junior

2Remove shut-off valve Remove gum and varnish deposits by washing in OMC Engine TunerLightly apply Gasoila to threads at shut-off valve on installation to fuel tank"'" Inspect the fuel tank for leakageIf leakage occurs, replace tank4 Flush tank with clear gasoline or solvent at least once year"'" Inspect fuel hoseIf cracked or abraded, replace to prevent leakage
