Disassembly of the Tilt Cylinder 1Remove the end cap using OMC Special Tool PIN 123196, (Spanner Wrench)2Drain the oil in the cylinder into drip pan 3Slide the rod and piston assembly out of the tilt cylinder4Remove and discard the tilt piston O-ring
5Using OMC Special Tool PIN 123196 (Spanner wrench), remove the tilt piston from the tilt rod6Slide the piston and stem valve assembly out of the tilt rod
7Using OMC Special Tool PIN 303857 (Retaining Ring Pliers), remove the retaining ring from the base of the tilt piston8Push the stem valve out of the tilt pistonRemove the O-ring from inside the tilt piston
