Disassembly of Pump Motor 1Remove the two screws from the pump motor and lift the motor off the reservoir23Slide the metal washer
off the armature shaft
Pull the armature out of the motor housing
4Using magnet, remove the steel ball the armature shaft
from the end of
5Tip the end cap out from the housingRemove the brushes from the holder6Using pair of side cutters, cut the brush leads off 6-10 mm18") from the brush holderDiscard the old brushes7Remove the gasket from the motor end cap
