Starter Circuit CheckRemote Control Models
Step Procedure Remove black lead from ground Result aIf meter does not read any voltage, proceed to STEP 2bIf meter reads 12 volts (battery voltage) reconnect black lead to ground and proceed to STEP 6
Check voltage between ground and point
