VRO Component Servicing Oil Supply Hose and Pickup Assembly rfyou suspect that the oil supply to the VRO unit is being restricted, check two areas1Remove the pickup assembly and inspect for clogged or contaminated filter Remove the four No25 Torx screws and remove the pickup assembly from the reservoir Carefully remove the pickup filter and flush with mild solvent to remove any contamination Instal! the filter, be ing careful not to move the pickup assembly on its support rodsCOA1853
2With the pickup assembly out of the reservoir, vacuum test the system to check for air leaks Carefully remove the oil hose from pickup assembly and from engine oil inlet fitting Use low pressure air to purge hose of oil Use Cap Holder PIN 329661 hose
