INotellf or steering arm and pivot shaft assembly require service or replacement, remove gearcasePowerhead and exhaust housings can then be removed in one unit by removing upper mount screws and lower mount screws1Remove six screws to separate adaptor and inner exhaust housing assembly from outer exhaust housingRemove inner exhaust housing and adaptor assembly from outer exhaust housing2Inner exhaust housing and water tube can be removed from adaptor by removing remaining upper rubber mount screw, mount assembly and remaining screws3Water tube and grommet can be removed from top end of inner exhaust housingSeal on exhaust housing is replaceable4Remove screws Remove megaphoneretaining megaphone
