The Use of Gel Seal II155 Surface Preparation 1Remove all traces of old Gel Seal (crankcase sealer) by using OMC Gel Seal and Gasket Remover Part No390928I using Gel Seal and Gasket Remover, spray the area to be cleaned and let stand for 5-10 minutes before cleaning off the remover

Care should be taken to prevent overspray of Gel Seal and Gasket Remover on painted surfaces as the paint may be removed
Wear eye protection and rubber gloves or other nonporous hand protection while working with Gel Seal and Gasket Remover
2Use OMC Cleaning Solvent Part No390905 to remove all traces of Gel Seal and Gasket RemoverUse black light to check for any remaining Gel SealThe black light should be used in darkened roomHold black light at an angle to the powerhead being inspectedApplying Gel Seal II
