Power Pack Output Test 1Remove four-wire connectors from adapter and reJoinSeparate the four-wire connector between power pack and ignition coils and plug into adapterSet meter switches to negative (-) and 5002Place red meter lead in pinhole "C" and clip black meter lead to groundThe adapter switch should be "Off" in pinhole "c" and "On" in pinhole "A" and "8 Crank engineIf meter indicates the voltage listed below (or higher), test the ignition coilIf meter reads less than the indicated voltage, replace the power pack3Remove red lead from pinhole "c" and put in pinhole "8 The adapter switch should be "Off" in pinhole "8" and "On" in pinhole" A" and "C Crank engineRemove red lead from pinhole "8" and place in pinhole" The adapter switch should be "Off" in pinhole" A" and "On" in pinhole "8" and "C If meter indicates the voltage listed below (or higher), test the igni tion coilIf meter reads less than the indicated voltage, replace the power packPower Pack Output Test 65 155 230 volts or higher 170 volts or higher
