These torque values apply unless otherwise specified

When tightening two or more screws on the same part, DO NOT tighten screws completely, one at timeTo avoid distortion of the part, first tighten all screws together to one-third of specified torque, then to two-third of specified torque, then torque down completely
Power Trim and Tilt Reservoir
Place motor in full tilt position and engage trail lockRemove filler plug and check fluid levelIf necessary, add OMC Power TrimTilt Fluid to bring fluid level even with bottom of fill holeDisengage trail lock and operate unit through several tilt cyclesRecheck fluid level and add fluid if necessary
