gThe standard gearcase pinion gear slides outremove the weedless gearcase pinion gear, it is first necessary to remove thrust bearing See Figure 6-11 the gearcase bench insert the driveshaft and tap the end 01 it to dislodge the bearingPinion gear then removed hRemove th driveshaft oil retainer seal from th top of th gearcaseusing seal puller (Special Tool Number 377565)
