2Lubricate rewind spring surface in cup lightly with OMC Type "A" Lubricant3 Position rewind spring in cup as shown in Figure 8-10Place cup washer in cupInstall pulley making sure spring loop engages pulley as shown in Figures 8-7, 8-10
