bCormect rectifier red lead to the generator (GEN) terminal of an OMC Accessories 15 amp ammeter, or any amp ammeterCormect the other red lead to the ammeter battery terminal (BAT)cStart and run engine in its full throttle operating rangeThe ammeter should indicate the rated output of the alternator as specified in Section 2dIf no charge is indicated, test the alternator stator and the rectifier Connect red ohmmeter lead to the yellow with grey stripe lead of the stator See Figure 7-16Ohmmeter should read .35 .1 ohm2Discormect ohmmeter red lead from the stator yellow with grey stripe lead(Leave ohmmeter black lead cormected to yellow lead Connect the ohmmeter's red lead to the stator's yellow with blue stripe lead See Figure 7-17Ohmmeter should read .2 .1 ohm
