ALTERNATOR OUTPUT CHECK STEPaDisconnect the yellow lead from the voltage regulator to terminal block terminal #1
1Starter solenoid 2To accessories
bDisconnect the two red with purple stripe leads from terminal block #5Connect to 15 amp ammeter between the two redpurple leadsConnect the redpurple lead from the rectifier to the "G" side of the ammeter and the other redpurple lead to the "B" side of the ammetercRun the engine up to approximately 4500 rpmThe ammeter should show full charge (approximately 15 amps)dReconnect the redpurple leads to terminal block number 5Reconnect yellow lead from regulator to terminal block number 1
