DESCRIPTION MAGNETO The ignition system consists of low tension flywheel type magneto connected to the spark plugs through individual ignition coils and high tension leadsThe magneto is self-contained electrical generating unit consisting of an armature plate with one driver coil and lamination assembly, two condensersand two breaker assembliesThe ele ctriC start model includes two alternator coilsTwo permanent magnets are cast into the fl ywheel on manual start models and four on electric start models to complete the assemblySee Figures 4-1 thru 4-4
