2-6 TYPE OF GASOLINE: Use regular leaded or premium leaded automotive gasolineNOTE: When operating in any country other than the United States or Canada, use any leaded gasoline that will satisfactorily operate an automotive engineLUBRICANT: Use reputable Outboard50:1 lubricant which is BIA certified for service TC-W (two cycle-water cooled)It is formulated to give best engine performance with least combustion chamber deposits, least piston varnish, maximum spark plug life, and best lubricationSee inside front coverIf our OUTBOARD LUBRICANT is not available, another BIA certified TC-W lubricant (oil) may be usedAUTOMOTIVE OILS and 24:1 ratio pre-mix fuel should not be used except in emergency, when BI.Acertified TC-W lubricant is not availableIn an emergency, use SAE30 with container marked service MLMM or the new designation "SA-SB," or "Service MM" or "SBAvoid oils marked "ML" or the new designation SA, or multi-viscosity oils such as 10W-30It should be recognized that automotive oils are formulated to fit the automotive needs and OUTBOARD LUBRICANT is formulated for outboard motor needsFUEL MIXING INSTRUCTIONS: Always use fresh leaded gasolineWhen filling an empty tank, put approximately one gallon of gasoline intotank and add recommended amount of lubricantShake tank vigorously to insure thorough mixing, then add the balance of the gasolineFUEL MIXTURE part Lubricant to 50 parts Gasoline OR: (6 GalTank) pint lubricant to gallons (5 Imperial) of gaSOline IMPORTANT: Additive compounds such as "tune-up" compounds, "toniCs," "friction reducing" compounds, etc are unnecessary and are not recommendedThe use of OMC engine cleaner, OMC rust preventive oil and OMC 2-t4 Fuel Conditioner are recommended
