Install grommet and water tube in top end of housingSee Figure 6-12 Attach housing to swivel bracket and tighten clamp screws to torque specified in Section 2dUsing new gasket, install power head

Install the gearcase using care to align water tube in grommet and driveshaft splines with crankshaftTurn f1ywheel clockwise to align the driveshaft and crankshaftNOTE Always turn the f1ywheel in clockwise direction ONLY to avoid water impeller damagedAttach gearcase with screws dipped in Perfect Seal #4 and tighten to specified torqueFill gearcase with
