cWith gear shift in neutral, turn speed control grip until magneto stop butts against shifter lock
dPush the lock link collar up against the locking lever just far enough to cause the end of locking lever to clear the stop lugs on the starter pulleySee Figure 9- 2eDraw up on collar screw to hold collar tight on the control rod
