BF40A-BF50A 3) Push the "ON" side of the power trimtilt switch and compress the piston rod fullyWith the piston rod compressed fully, measure the upper chamber blow pressure by reading the pressure gauge
[1] Compress fully
I BLOW (Upper chamber side)

- 34.8 MPa (285355 kgfcm24,5045,049 psi)

If the blow pressure is out of the specified range, check each part of the power trimtilt assembly for oil leakage If there is no oil leakage but the blow pressure drops below the specified pressure quickly, the power trimtilt motor assembly can be faultyReplace the motor assembly with new one and measure the blow pressure again
4) Push the "UP" side of the power trimtilt switch and extend the piston rod fully5) Remove the special tool and pressure gauge from the valve bodyInstall the sealing washer, manual valve and the internal circlip in the valve body Be sure to remove the special tool with the piston rod fully extended, or ATF spurts out small amount of TF flows out after removing the toolInstall the manual valve quickly Install the sealing washer securely not to let it collapse in the valve body6) Tighten the manual valve to the specified torqueTORQUE: 1.7 N-m (0.17 kgf-m, 1.2Ibf-ft)
