BF40A-BF50A 13)Attach thin sealing tape around the threads at the end of the piston rod14) Apply ATF to the top of the piston rod and O-ring of the outer tube install the outer tub to the piston rod To install turn the outer tube by hand taking care not to damage the O-ring in the outer tube

PISTON ROD
Apply sealing tape
[4] OUTER TUBE
15) Tighten the outer tube or turns, then apply LOCTITE 241 or equivalent to the thread of the outer tube as shown16) Tighten the outer tube to the specified torque using the 30 mm lock nut wrenchTORQUE: 64 Nem (6_5 kgfem, 47Ibf-ft)
