BF40A-BF50A 17) Apply ATF to new a-ring, and install it on the down relief valve seat18) Apply ATF to the down relief valve seat and install it in the valve body as shown noting the direction19) Install the steel ball, spring guide and the valve spring in the down relief valve seat20)Apply ATF to new a-ring, and install it on the upper chamber safety valve21) Apply ATF to the upper chamber safety valve and install it in the valve body noting the direction shown[7] O-RIN 1.5 3.5 mm

22) Apply ATF to the two new a-rings and install the arings in the valve body in the positions shown23) Install the gear pump assembly in the valve body by aligning the projection at the bottom of the gear pump assembly with the positioning hole in the valve body, Take care not to let the a-rings come out of position in the valve body24) Tighten the socket bolts to the specified torque
