aREMOVAL
1) Drain the carburetor by loosening the drain screws[3] UPPER CYLINDER BUSHING (2)

Gasoline is highly flammable and explosiveYou can be burned or seriously injured when

handling fuel Keep heat, sparks, and flame away Handle fuel only outdoors Wipe up spills immediately2) Lay the outboard motor on its right side (carburetor side)3) Raise the outboard motor to the uppermost position and set the tilt stopper to the RUN position4) Remove the 10 mm E-ring from the upper cylinder pin, and then remove the upper cylinder pin5) Remove the upper mount of the gas-assisted damper from the swivel case6) Remove the upper cylinder bushings if necessary[1] 10 158 mm HEXBOLT [2] TRANSOMANGLE ,ADJUSTING ROD
